Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Because our products are hand-poured and made in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods or product launches.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and carrier delays, which are outside of our control.
Please note that shipping time does not include order processing time.
Domestic Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Order Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Golden Wick Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delays & Carrier Issues
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will do our best to assist you.
